Refund Policy

Aspecto Property Consultancy Ltd

Aspecto Property Consultancy Ltd provides professional consultancy services for commercial property operations, lease support, site performance improvement, and technical drawings including site mapping and Workplace/Traffic Planning (WPT).

Due to the bespoke nature of our services, refunds are assessed based on the stage of engagement and deliverables issued.

1. Pre-Engagement
  • If payment has been made but no contract has been signed and no work has started, a 100% refund will be issued.

  • ​

2. Work Started, No Deliverables Issued
  • If work has commenced but no documents, drawings, or reports have been issued, a 50% refund may be issued at our discretion.

3. Deliverables Issued
  • Once custom documents, site maps, WPT drawings, lease analysis, or improvement reports have been delivered, refunds are not applicable, as the work has been completed to an agreed scope.

4. Subscription-Based or Ongoing Support
  • For retainer or monthly support services, refunds cover only unused future service periods, not prior months or completed tasks.

5. Errors or Service Issues

  • If Aspecto is unable to deliver services as agreed due to our fault, we will offer one of the following:

    • Correction and re-issue of deliverables at no cost

    • Extension of service period

    • Partial refund proportional to undelivered scope

6. Non-Refundable Circumstances
​

Refunds will not be issued where:

  • A client changes their mind after work is completed

  • Deliverables are delayed due to client inaction, missing information, or approval delays

  • Outcomes depend on third-party negotiations, landlord/tenant agreement, or external providers

7. Refund Process

All valid refund requests will be reviewed and responded to within 10 working days.
